Call & Sms Speaker speaks out the Incoming caller name and SMS sender name with sms content that helps to identify your caller and message even without looking at your mobile.
The app uses the built-in Android Text To Speech engine to speak the caller name or SMS. If your device does not have pre-installed Text To Speech engine, this will redirect you to Google play to download and install the same.
The application provides you various customizable feature.
Some of the excellent features of this are following:
Features available to turn on/off alerts in silent mode.
Features available to alert on for saved contacts only.
Features available to select between languages supported by the Text-To-Speech Engine in your device.
Features available to adjust your ring volume and alert volume.
Features available to configure time interval to repeat playing caller name.
Features available to activate shake your phone to stop alert, during incoming call.
Features available to add customized message before and after the caller name. Eg :- Ammu Calling
Features available to add customized message before and after the SMS sender’s name. Eg :- Message From Ammu
Features available to customize speech speed and pitch.
Features available to test current voice setting by using test message.

I couldn't even open the app. When I try to open it, the privacy policy statement opens in a thin window that is as tall as the screen in portrait mode. And that window is unclosable. Please address this basic flaw.

Has never worked right. It continually " stops" working. Doesn't pronounce name's correctly, so you still can't tell who's calling. Needs a lot of work.
