The theme looks nice, it has potential BUT it is incomplete. When you charge for a theme, it must be at least complete (nobody asks for perfection). The theme has a lot of the Lollipop original blue which is not fine on a black oriented theme. The main volume indicator (when you hit the vol+/- from the main screen for example) is still Lollipop blue ... The checkboxes in the setting menus are still blue. The navbar icons are way too thin and they are in contrast with slightly thicker lines used in the statusbar (for the icons). The above is seen on a Z3 Compact up-to-date, stock rom. My rating will go up as soon as the theme will deserve it. Later edit: One more bug - the arrow to hide the keyboard is full, instead of being just outlined.
