This icon pack can still be used with many apps, even if they have added icon scaling, as they ofter don't add icon spacing settings, or a way to limit the number of icons shown at once. With this icon pack, you can have smaller icons with bigger spacing between them. Very useful with OmniSwitch.

On nova, this is the best icon theme for me. No cluttering your home screen with those mammoth sized icons, just GO minimal with this icon pack.

But since the one reviewer gave it 1 star, I had to give it five because the app does do what it says and that's what an app's supposed to do regardless of whether or not it's now obsolete. Maybe some phones don't run Nova or Apex so this is still a good app to have for those devices, doesn't deserve lower stars unless it actually didn't work. Not everyone out there has an high end Android.
