[Substratum] TextileOS Theme

Theme's great, initially System Ui crashed after applying the theme. Further in Android 7.0 'About Phone' page turned out to be blank because of black text and black background. Needs a fix ASAP! Will rate it 5 stars once all issues gets fixed.

But the themes Gapps, doesn't apply properly to my Pure Nexus N7.0 custom ROM though. Like the dark totally blacks out the wordings on my Pure Nexus N7.0 custom ROM settings.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS CRIMINAL!! Do not buy this app until it is updated. It constantly force closes and does not work. It's a waste of money. The developer knows that it's broken and says he will fix it when he gets time. That was in September 2016 when I emailed him. Save yourself the money and go to another substratum theme. This really should be pulled off the Play Store. Edit: After contacting Dev almost a year ago he told me he would update the app in a few weeks. Didn't happen. He said he would either give me a free paid version of his other app or refund my purchase which he never did either of. He is still actively developing. So I would caution everyone about buying his work as he seems to be untruthful and shady regarding paid app practices.

The theme itself is nice, however, got no update at all. Last update was August and there are a lot of change in Substratum system. Until the author give the proper update to the theme, I will raise the stars again.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! No updates for nougat. I emailed him in october, THEN november, THEN december, and everytime he says he is making update slowly n will publish soon, but tomorrow comes never..

Needs update to support 7.1. Dev should update app or keep it out of the playstore on unsupported devices.

Not updated to 7.1.1, don't make the mistake I did and wait till it's updated to buy. If that ever happens.

This theme has potential, but native file manager crash prevent me to download this theme

OK now the theme is upgraded to Nougat PROPERLY and it is again my favorite. Truly a unique look

Facebook messenger is tinted with retro background color and it looks horribly out of place, especially because there's no messenger option in the theme settings

I'm going to assume this theme is amazing from looking at screenshots. But after applying overlays the phone has non stop system ui crashes. Other similar apps work fine for me. CandySix 6.0.1 Nexus 6P. If there is no planed fix I would like a refund. I see similar complaints from many others.

Got a bootloop & systemUI crash after this theme upgrade to substratum. i have to delete overlay files in twrp to boot my phone. ------------------------------------------- Nexus 6P stockROM 6.0.1 Rooted by supersu Xposed framework installed -------------------------------------------- I'm ok with other substratum themes, only textileos cause bootloop. and i found when i applying textileos, the speed is far more quick then any other theme, only take few seconds, other theme may take about 20+ seconds. This is a beautiful theme, please make it perfect !

Got system UI crash & bootloop afternoon installing.... twice. Easy enough to recover using TWRP but it doesn't seem quite ready for primetime. Went back to my old theme for now but will keep an eye out for updates and try it again.... Retro is my favorite theme of all time. @Dev, let me know if you need a tester... I can always recover if anything goes wrong.

This is by far the most beautiful theme I've used. There's no over looking the amount of work that has went into this. The only problem I'm having is a huge icon for Screw'd Rom settings which is experimental anyway. Great job dev hopefully you'll keep it updated and it'll move to one of the best of all time.///// Edit. This developer stands behind his work continues to go up and over what's expected. I used TextileOS about 5 or 6 months ago. I remember appreciating the aesthetic appeal of the theme. After the update a few months back and the combo of PHIX RETRO Icons, I can really revisit the phenomenal appeal of Textile OS again. Not only are the combinations for the theme great, but the blend of icons, material shade, and color scheme is awesome. The artist said he wanted to be intentional in creating something that accents Marshmallow, and it was done well. This is just a really great Layers Theme, with visual intentionality. Tried a few free themes with mixed results, but was drawn to this one from the excellent rating, reviews and variations. You get a lot of variety for your money, it's basically multiple themes tied into one package, and each one is so seamlessly integrated into the OS, it feels like Google designed it themselves. Thanks to the developer, and keep up the good work

I really love the retro theme. Don't understand why there aren't more retro styled themes out there. PLEASE DON'T CHANGE THE BACKGROUND COLOR!

Flawless on M Dev Preview. Everything and every app for the Retro theme is amazing, I love it! Hope to find others like this but I doubt it. In love!!

Just installed this about 30 mins ago on my nexus 6 running pure nexus and I really like it. Color looks clear with no hiccups so far. Good work, keep it up.

Theme more apps with retro theme.. With retrorika icon pack my phone is completely retro..

Only thing missing is a themed aosp keyboard theme support and Facebook apart from that its amazing..

UPDATE terus..can you make the same circle icon too on statusbar/Qstile
