Easy DIY Licorice Chocolate Fudge

This application will share you how to make CHOCOLATE FUDGE shaped like licorice allsorts?! we’ve seen layered rainbow fudge before, so we knew allsorts fudge was definitely doable! we're thinking these would be great for a licorice party! And it would totally be a fun little surprise to bite into one of these babies and discover it’s actually white chocolate fudge. Get the how-to below and have all-sorts of fun with these!

Supplies ;

1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
12 ounces white chocolate, chopped (I used Wilton’s bright white melting chocolate)
Gel food coloring in orange, pink, yellow, & black
Rainbow sprinkles
Square baking mold (I used this one)

Instructions :

1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

2. In the top of a double boiler, heat chocolate until melted.

3. Fold chocolate into cream cheese mixture and separate into 5 equal parts. Color each part with food coloring to make orange, white, yellow, pink, and black fudge.

4. Put each color into a piping bag and fill into the square baking mold, creating thin layers that look like the allsorts licorice. Shake the mold a little once you have piped a layer to get it to flatten out. After each layer, allow 15 minutes to dry before adding another layer. (Don’t worry if your layers aren’t completely straight, mine definitely weren’t!)

5. For the piece with the black circle in the middle, pipe a small dot onto the bottom of the mold and wait to dry. Fill the rest of the mold cavity with pink or yellow. Once that is dry, pop the fudge out of the mold and trim the edges to form a circle.
