1. Install App
2. Make sure that you have bought the customization pack and installed EvolveSMS.
3. Go to EvolveSMS Settings -> Theme Settings -> Use Add-on Theme -> choose your theme.
** To add header: Go to Settings > Notification Settings > Flick the phone front to back a couple times to show secret settings > Select Always Show Headers -- (this is a beta feature so use at own risk)
