You need a Custom Rom with
theme Chooser support.AOKP/CM10 ETC.. if your phone is not rooted and running any of these do not install..This theme requires a custom Rom with Theme Chooser.

UPDATE!! for KitKat sources added for dialer.. please email me if you rom is not including the merged dialer..

For X-hdpi but confirmed working on hdpi..
Based off my original XDA TangO theme
new version includes partial transparency.

This is a good transparent theme with some glitches, such as the menu on Google play store. If fix right, it can be such great theme.
