UPDATE!! for JB 4.3 please use this contacts app here: http://d-h.st/kCa copy to system/app and reboot.. until merges are placed in CM10.2 or any other Rom other wise you'll have black ugly look!!
This theme requires a custom Rom running Theme Chooser CM10 Aokp CNA ETC.. This for X-hdpi but will work on Hdpi as well.
Contacts -Mms -Clock are transparent your dialer will change according to your wallpaper.
