Fontster (Root)

The font review within the font list is very nice. Also the keyboard font (swiftkey) is changed and the colon of the lockscreen clock is there and the backup function is working ... I don't know why others had have such problems. System: Tablet 4.4.2 (stock rom) and smartphone 6.0.1 (CM)... Both devices working fine with the new font.

This is a one great app i gotta say but few things are required like, more collection of fonts or browse local font atleast AND font previews should be a full sample paragraph instead of just ABCD plus a less font size. Hard to get the idea with the current interface

After changing my font, I ended up not liking it, so I wanted to go back to stock. And suprise, suprise, the backup that I made was basically useless and it did nothing to change my font back. I ended up using a different app, which worked flawlessly, but the font from Fontster still won't leave my browser and a few other apps. If you have root, you'd be better off using iFont, it changes the font without having to reboot, you can add custom fonts, and you can also go back to stock if you wish.

Had been using ifont for years.. Had used your font packages earlier.. Finally, ifont falters in changing fonts for keyboard and app drawer and I get back to xda to find your app... More font options will only make it better.. :)

Awesome great developer... Guys, i recommend this app if your phone has no system fonts like samsung. This is for rooted phone only what are you waiting for just simply root your phone. And download it. Choose a fonts do u like then installed it. Fonts will apply after rebooting.

Lockscreen clock font won't change properly when applying certain fonts like Oswald in Android 7.0. The colon between the hour & minutes will show up as a box, instead of the regular colon. Hoping for a fix. Apart from that, it's the best root font changer.

I couldn't find a font changer that would change all my font my email had 2 different fonts. This font changer changed all my font no problem wished they had a greater selection though. Note 5 sick as hell rom!

I swear you gonna love it... Just root your phone and install it no matter what your phone is it will work. Thanks a lot to developer's....

I'm very sorry to see the low ratings for this app. I don't know what problem is,but I'm very happy. No app in the play store is so useful than this. It would be great if we have the chance to download the fonts in phone and flash whenever we wish to flash whatever fonts we have downloaded. I've developer will come with that update.

Dangerous. Can't restore to stock font though I had backed up. Thank God I had TWRP backup to restore the full system. Avoid this app, you will be in a mess if you don't have and restoring options like TWRP.

It definitely doesn't work across the whole system like it claims. It does more so than all the other apps which seemed like a plus - but the deal breaker is that almost all the fonts look the same and are very boring and generic.

Could be a great app, but caused the ":" in my lock screen clock to permanently turn into a box. Dev ignored email. Apparently it has been a problem for months. I can either deal with it or completely reflash my phone.

It changes my system font, at first i thought i brick my phone, i reboot it and tada... New font on display even font in apps changes too, now my phone display looks nice even without any launcher.... Tnx developer.

The best font apps for rooted phones.. The fonts applied to almost everything on the phone. I dont understand why people rated this app lower that iFont. Fonster is definitely better!

The only thing I'd really like to see is ability to use user fonts as I have hundreds of downloaded fonts I use for making my ROM wallpapers. Would love to be able to use as system fonts as well. With that addition, I'd give 5 stars

Thanks, it worked very well. As said, it doesn't replace just a few fonts - almost all fonts are replaced in my system and apps unless there's really custom design in an app. I hope collection of fonts improves much more... I request the dev to create an automatic backup of the current font on first use of this app. It will save a hassle big time.

It has solved one of the major shortcomings of most font changer i.e. the time seperater is being shown instead of a large square

I changed the font. But didn't like it. So wanted to revert back to the original one. But backup is of no use. My don't is now screwed and there is nothing I can do.

This is good app, that's change all of the font system, but I wish the next update please add new feature delete font because the font can make me boring and that's make me changing font again.

It's good when it works, but it just bricked my phone. Dev really needs to fix that as I see others with the same problem.

First of all this is the first ever app that changer my font!!! When I changer my font... Somehow it changer to Chinese thingy words, but when I rebooted it it was with the font! This app is INSANE! Is the best I've ever seen!

I dont know why this app has a low rating but this app made changes to my phone like i wanted... It has a decent amount of fonts but the most wanted n loved fonts like chocolate cooky font & rosemay are here thats enough for me actually... Great job... Good work folks...

Could use a more extensive collection of straightforward fonts like Roboto or Htcm8. Works as expected. Material drsign done quite right. And the font typing for sampling is a great bonus

It doesn't changes the keyboard font.. that's why it looks disgusting..

Update with more fonts (like cool jazz and some popular fonts) or add a option to input fonts manually. Please take concern about these issues.

Best font switch app. This is the lightest and smooth app out there, no bugs and most of all its reliable and gives you easier access. It has got a bunch of fonts from various platforms like ubuntu and samsung. This guys really deserve thumbs up and 5 stars. Give it a try guys, you won't regret.

Hello Dev team, I liked Rosemary font from the overall collection. After applying, I realised that only 'm' letter from the bold section is still in unbold state. Could you please fix it in next update.

Don't know why it has been rated so low. But this is best app. Much better than ifont and other apps . Great Work Developers keep it up.

I use to think one can't change the system font, except with a launcher, not until I discover this awesome app. Totally made me joy cry.. Love it. Don't know why this app is rated 3.6. I will give it a 7 star if I av to.

CM13, my default theme is broken, font is all X'ed out squares. Backup didn't help. Actually, even my browsers are useless now. God knows what else broke. I'm forced to reflash/factory reset now...

After applying the font, my phone bootlooped. It maybe because my device is a Samsung.

I think this is the best font changer for Vanilla/AOSP Android. But the backup doesn't work.

No other font changer that I've tried changed all my font. It takes a reboot to see it change everything, but it works. Looking forward to more font options. Thanks! LG V10 android 5.1
