NotiWidget - Notifications for Android
I really liked this app on my Samsung Note 2 and LG G4, but I switched to G5 and now the notifications are showing from oldest to newest (going top to bottom), which is really impractical for how I (and I image many others) read/use my notifications.. Going to have to replace with another app if this doesn't change in the next update.
The app provides just what I need. Unfortunately both font and background colors are white for notifications on my home screen and I can't change this in settings. So I can see only notification's icon and date visually. Could it be fixed in the next versions?
This widget still uses between 20-40 percent of my battery. Despite having reported this a year ago. Additionally the widget doesn't look anything like screenshots. As it's now card ui which I'm not a fan of
Sadly, development stopped. When Dev is back I will update review and provide feedback.
Doesn't show any notifications, even though I haven't excluded any apps.I am using an ASUS Zen with Android 7.0
Overall, great concept but with Google Maps turn-by-turn notification, the notification widget constantly flickers which is a huge distraction when driving since I use this widget for that exact purpose.
Where is the support for this app? Using Marshmallow 6.0.1 and can't get the app to appear on the lockscreen. All instructions seem to be for lollipop.
Well done! You made an awesome app! Can't wait to see how it behaves in lollipop! Keep up the good work!
It would be the perfect thing I need, but it won't let me change the color of the notifications.
Works as advertised. I wish it had an exclude all /include specific apps option though.
I love it! It's great to be able to use the music player function with Widgetlocker! It does what Phantom Music Player was supposed to do, but didn't do, plus a lot more! One thing, though... I don't know how to get the dark theme that is shown in the screenshots. It looks so much better than the standard white Lollipop notifications. I hope there is a way to do it and it hasn't been disabled to look just like Lollipop. If I wanted to use the Lollipop lock screen I wouldn't use this app... Hope you add more options, like custom fonts, etc., but still great as it is!
this solved the problem for me and will for anyone who is using a custom lockscreen such as one from LLx. Using this gives you the ability to have expanded interactive notifications on your lockscreen while giving you the ability to futher customize your lockscreen however you want. I would only ask for a way to swipe away notifications as tapping on the icon just takes you to your app drawer, at least for me it does...... some issue with that. Developer????
Some of the notifications have white backgrounds in the widget, but the original notifications have a dark background. The excluded apps setting really needs a select all function. It would make it much easier if you only have a few apps you want showing notifications in the widget.
Sometimes the widget gets stuck and we have to resize to fix it. Also WhatsApp for example shows sub notifications in different notifications, I hope you can make that optional and only mimic the original notification system. Thanks again for this amazing widget!
Over and over and over I have to give it permission. Permission will have already been granted, checkmarked when it opens up and everything. I'm probably just going to uninstall it soon, since I barely use it anyway as it gets pushed to the second page of my lock screen the instant I get a text (aka there's actually a new notification), and I don't use it on my home screen.
Absolutely lovely app...but just one question: How do I get the dark theme pictured in some of the preview images? I purchased this app expecting I would be able to set it and I can't seem to find the setting anywhere. :( Will up to 5 stars when either the dev responds or I find out that I was just unable to find the setting, hahaha!
Dropping 2 stars for lack of dev support. Since upgrading to Marshmallow I'm no longer able to use this app since it shows white-on-white text, making it impossible for me to read any of my notifications
Don't want Card UI on home screen would rather have semi transparency. Otherwise exactly what I wanted.
My rating decrease from 4 star to 1. I still hope you can give us large option for the clock on daydream as normal is still small for some of us. And also there is still no option on daydream for night mode brightness level unlike other daydream apps. I paid money on this app I hope I get some support as my suggestions are great. UPDATE: back to 1 star. Its been a month and no updates. Waste of money. Wish i can refund. ANOTHER UPDATE: after few months, nothing changed. Looks like no more dev support
Almost perfect as is. Sometimes doubles the notifications, and not so customizable, but still doing the work. One of my daily driver, like it much.
Very well put together! I've only tried the home screen widget as it's all i want, but it looks great and i can customise everything i want!
It works for Marshmallow. Not yet for Nougat. Hope another update soon.
Will not work on Android 5.1.1
Not working on 7edge . Developer not answering, now support.

Almost good enough. Need the ability to change the text size within the widget and have all the boxes update accordingly. As it is right now I run a pretty tight resolution with all my custom built zooper widgets being small and subtle. When I add this beast it need to take up the entire width and over half the length of the screen, which goes completely against the look I am going for. Function is exactly what I want out of it, but I can't have it on my homescreen because of the appearance.

Did not work with samsung Note 3 5.0 Tmobile US. Couldn't get + sign when swipe left on lockscreen. Worked on homescreen though but I'm looking for notification on lockscreen with password
Unfortunately there aren't really any other options for a widget that shows notifications because this one is clearly no longer supported. I still use it because there's nothing better and I like having my notifications fill the void on my home screen.
One of the best apps of its kind by highly undervalued.
I get a lot of blank notifications that can't be dismissed and it just seems to crash after that. Asus zenfone lollipop. any ideas?
Controls for PowerAmp aren't working.
I was a little reluctant to get it at first because I didn't know if it was worth the money but it is definitely worth it. Would buy again.
This app is a great widget! I can now have my clock widget be whatever color i want. The only thing that would make it better is having control over the color of the date and next alarm line too! Thank you dev for your great work. Glad to support you!! As a note, I cannot get this to work on the lockscreen of my Droid Turbo (stock software, sadly) Still a great widget.
When I get a new text, my lock screen reverts to the old default lock screen home page. Totally negates the purpose of this app, as when I actually have a notification it doesn't show the widget without the finicky swiping through lock screen widgets. I really wish there had been a way to do a trial before paying, as now this app definitely doesn't have sufficient value. Also, I'm pretty sure this is beyond a widget developer's capability (so has no impact on what would be a 5 star rating if the widget always displayed as the default lock screen), but if there IS any way to keep it expanded, that would be super awesome.
It's a great widget and does what it says has a couple of redraw moments. Would be nice to be able to turn off the click icon to dismiss and maybe switch it to expand notification since I'm guessing we can't do two finger slide down to expand.
Super convenient on the home screen; saves the hand gymnastics required to pull down on the notification shade. Drawback was its unreliable compatibility with Textra SMS. Problem solved by updates. Dedicated developer who knows what's up and has created this app to let us know what's up without having to pull down!

I use this widget on a sidebar and on my home screen, it's great to be able to see my notifications without having to swipe. Widget is customizable & easy to use, A++++
