Best launcher settings for the theme are:
10x7 (status bar OFF) grid
No margin
Show dock
Nova and Apex launchers recommended. These widgets will work with virtually any setup, even the stock launcher. The settings above are what I personally use.

I got the theme but there were problems in Zooper. I contacted the dev and he sent over the APK so it ran properly. Looks great and I have my N4 set up quite well.
