My Setup:
(You can use whatever setup you prefer. But in the event you want it to look like the screenshot here is what I used)
Desktop grid 10x8 (on a 720 screen. Other size screens may have to play with the gridsize and scaling a little)
No margins
No dock
No Notificatioin Bar
The center widget on a 10x8 grid is 8x8 and the other 2 are 1x8
