It doesn't work when you use photos you take or photos from your gallery. The app works until you set your wallpaper and then it closes and you get a pop-up saying that the app has stopped working.

Water effect works and looks great. But when using your own pictures, it zooms way in on the photo, causing most of it to not be visible and there's nothing you can do about it. I'd give 5 stars and/or buy the paid version, if this could be fixed, but the developer doesn't respond to email.
