I've never seen a live wallpaper that allowed you to have this much control for free! YOU choose everything, from how much rain, to how many drops, and at what speed they fall! Everything is customizable, and you don't have to pay a penny! For the very first time, I actually came back to the play store JUST to rate an app, because it is seriously THAT good.
