2.) Once installation has completed, DO NOT press the 'Open' command, press 'Done'.
3.) Open GO Contacts EX, then navigate through the settings.
MENU-->THEME-->INSTALLED THEMES
4.) Select HD Xmas Theme and apply it!

A hint make more of your apparently 2 colors like this one. You could neon them or rowdy. But you couldn't make blue and red anymore better. Those colors really show the 3d effect
