1.) You need the 'GO Contacts EX' application to use this theme. The download is FREE... Please download that prior to the installation of this theme.
2.) Once installation has completed, DO NOT press the 'Open' command, press 'Done'.
3.) Open GO Contacts EX, then navigate through the settings.
MENU-->THEME-->INSTALLED THEMES
4.) Select Halloween Theme and apply it!

Im very frustrated, I had to get a new phone and ive sent mutiple emails for the link to this theme and NOONE is responding.. I was gonna get the xmas theme one but if they ignore their customers when there are issues then they dont deserve the profit.. If u would send me the link please, u did already pay for it
