A text based dashboard, with too many hotspots for launching apps :)
Please note that this widget relies completely on the main app UCCW. There might be issues/limitations due to the main app, that we do not manage/control. Please research about UCCW, before leaving a feedback on this widget theme.
Please read this before you install this app
1. You must first Install UCCW free app
2. Install this UCCW - TextBoard Free Theme.
3. Long press homescreen to add widgets.
4. Choose UCCW.
5. In UCCW skins menu, click on "TextBoard Free"
How to enable hotspots?
1. Go to apps drawer and click on UCCW icon.
2. Press the menu button on top right corner.
3. Turn on Hotspots mode.

I install it. Google Play says it's installed. I follow the instructions in the Description of this skin and I am unable to see this skin listed in the UCCW skins menu. Also, my UCCW menu button in the top right corner doesn't have a "Turn Hotspots On" mode.
