Battery Charge Reminder

Battery Charge Reminder is a background service that informs the user about the remaining capacity of the battery from an arbitrary threshold (e.g. 10%) when discharging. The notification appears in the foreground, even when other apps are open. Battery Charge Reminder is helpful, if the Android system notifications at 14% and 4% are not sufficient and you want to keep the dwindling battery capacity yet in sight during intensive work or play (like Monument Valley or Angry Birds Seasons shown in the screenshots). The notification does not appear permanently, but periodically.
