It's good effort, but, I guess HTC sense doesnt have noticeable difference from material theme. Granted the icon is different, but not much.

Update: The creator updated the theme to work properly on the latest CM12.1. Great job guys! Classy and elegant theme with stock-ish feel. Edit: The theme maker provides support if you're having troubles with the installation. Thumbs up for that. Fixed: Installation failed on CM12.1 05-19 on Nexus 5.
