It runs smoothly on my phone when the spark count is 1-40, but any other and there is a lot of lag and stuttering, but of these issues can be fixed I'll be happy :)

I think this wallpaper is amazing! One setting I would LOVE to see in this wallpaper is the option to set the "brightness" of the sparks.. its a little too dim for me to properly see it in the light, if that function is put in, I'll rate 5. Other than that though.. great job on this, looks awesome!!
