addictOmeter Phone Manager is a powerful and easy tool to manage your smartphone utilization. This app mainly has 5 functions…

1) Phone Usage – monitors how much time your phone screen is in use, you can monitor your usage habits via simple calculations and charts. You could take the decision on how to discipline your usage based on your usage pattern.
2) App Usage – gives you a listing of all apps used on your phone based on the timeline selected. This function enables you to have an overall understanding of how much time you spend on each app (social media, games, information, entertainment etc).
3) App Usage Drill down – click on any app from the App Usage list and it takes you to the details on your usage of the specific app.
4) Overuse Reminder – following the addictOmeter tradition of helping users get over their addiction/overuse habits; this function enables you to set a pop-up reminder on your phone or app to track usage effectively.
The pop-up notification has 3 options.
a. SNOOZE 10 MINS – time required to finish off what you are currently doing and then close the app for the day. Congratulations, you just met your usage goal!
b. DISMISS – dismiss the notification for the current day, for those special days where you know your usage is going overboard, just for some very valid reason. Your usage is in control!
c. DETAILS – go back to settings and change the reminder timing, if you think you just set it too low. YOU manage your usage!
5) Uninstall Manager – Ultimately, if a particular app is so addictive that you fail to control the urge every time, we also have an option for you to uninstall the app completely from your phone (temporarily/permanently).

-> This is not a magic app that would make you overcome your overuse/addiction, it just helps you take the right decisions. YOU decide!
-> addictOmeter Phone Manager monitors your phone usage by working in the background, while the phone screen is ON. It should be left to work in the background, to be able to monitor the usage.
-> addictOmeter Phone Manager does not track your phone or app specifics (personal information, key strokes etc.), and does not send out any information (personal or otherwise) outside your phone.
-> addictOmeter Phone Manager tracks it’s own crash using ‘crashlytics’ and report these crashes back to AshNel, Inc.; this is to analyze and solve bugs, so that future versions of the app could be better.
-> addictOmeter Phone Manager would enable around 2-5% extra battery consumption, since the app works in the background all the time.
-> We do not guarantee 100% accuracy in calculation, all the time. The app may miscalculate during upgrade, errors, crash or shut down.
