All icons change except the main "show all icons" Apps button in the bottom middle of the dock, it's a 2x3 grid of 6 dots usually. It shows that it can be edited to 1 of 5 choices of different black and white styles but none work and instead it shows a more detailed non thematic grey icon. Which throws off the whole theme as it's the button I use most, so won't be removing that. Instead I'll look for a theme that has the most used icon available to change.
