This is my reply for android default "bubbles" wallpaper with change color option.
Very simple and elegant, will not consume CPU and battery
Bubbles live wallpaper set instruction:
1. On any homescreen, place a finger on the display and long press.
2. From the menu that pops up, select “Wallpapers.”
3. From here, select “Live Wallpapers.”
4. Here you will see a list of the live wallpapers that are installed on your device.
5. Select "Bubbles wallpaper"
6. Tap “Set Wallpaper.”

This lwp looks great and runs smoothly on Lollipop phone and tablet - even though it was designed for phones. You can customize the color, but there are no other settings. I have tried every color, and I love the deep-toned hue that this lwp generates. The bokeh move randomly, except when touched - then they gravitate away from your finger. Thank you very much to the developer!

It's looks great, it's helpful since I cant find my the normal bubble wallpaper after the most recent update, and I like how you can change the colors, the only problem is that it's making my home screen kinda laggy.
