With Silence Waves you don't need to touch your device to silence your phone while receiving a call.

Do a hand motion once to silence the ringtone or twice to hang up the call.

Don't want to be disturbed? Just turn the device down and it will not ring while someone is calling you. It is also possible to setup the device to just vibrate.
