How to install ?
Place the widget of your choise on the home screen, seek the cog in the right down corner of widget.
After in the menu you need found "Theme..." and press on it, in the next menu seeks for the "Theme:name of the theme" and press on it, now set APW Slate and go back to your home screen !
Njoy your new sense widgets :)

The default white contact photo look bad! Use the one from your other theme (HTC Sense) and apply the same fix for photo position and alignment.

Please update app/inform people that you are working on update to FIX problem loading widget---OR remove from PlayStore. In 72 hours if there is no response I will report to GooGle. You do have a RESPONSIBILITY to your consumers to do the RIGHT thing!
