Video lwp depicts the Washington Monument as day changes into night, with the Lincoln Memorial in the background. This is the only lwp of Washington monuments available on Google Play at this time. Unfortunately, though, the Washington Monument is not shown on my HTC because HTC's Sense system prohibits scrolling. I can see the background Lincoln Memorial and Memorial Bridge, though, which are small but nice. Edited to add: This wallpaper functions perfectly using Nova Launcher! Thank you to the developer!
