About Wallpaper Rotator by Akalom
Wallpaper Rotator by Akalom changes your phone's wallpaper automatically so you can view your favorite photos on a regular basis. It also includes both a small and a large home screen "Rotator Widget" that allows you rotate your wallpaper with the touch of a button.
The application is highly configurable, meaning you can have your wallpaper change randomly whenever you'd like, such as once an hour, once every day, after every phone call, or after every 5 phone calls, etc.. It's completely up to you!
With Wallpaper Rotator by Akalom you can:
✔ Add or Remove entire folders of photos.
✔ Include or Exclude individual photos within folders.
✔ Automatically change your wallpaper based upon time intervals.
✔ Automatically change your wallpaper based upon getting phone calls.
✔ Choose to automatically scale or crop images to fit your devices wallpaper size.
✔ Rotate your wallpaper with the touch of a button using large or small "Rotator Widgets". (Select "Rotator Widget" from the options menu for widget installation details).
In addition, Wallpaper Rotator allows the following customizations:
✔ Removal of the Wallpaper Rotation status bar icon.
✔ Auto restart the application when your phone is rebooted.
✔ View image thumbnails and full images directly from the folder image list.
✔ Sequentially or Randomly display wallpaper images during rotation.
✔ Manually start or stop rotation service.
This version of the Wallpaper Rotator has zero advertising!
Just start it up and its ready to go. The application will automatically build a wallpaper rotation list, and then your phone's wallpaper will automatically change every 2 hours by default.
Of course you can modify the wallpaper rotation list to add your own photo folders and set the wallpaper to rotate however you'd like. It's all up to you!!

Installed on Samsung Tab, but doesn't switch wallpaper when it's supposed to - infact it doesn't do anything at all.

Motorola DROID X was bricked running 2.3 VZW standard. Had to get replacement factory refurbished unit. Absolutely certain this app caused problem.

They still haven't fixed it to work with kitkat. They have been promising the fix since kitkat came out.

The new version works great!! So ignore the spammers. This is the only wallpaper app that lets you choose multiple folders and individual images. You can also choose to crop images, and there is now a smaller rotation widget too!

Just like IgKnight, I think I have narrowed down that this app over time is causing my phone to crash, reboot, and then get stuck at the droid eye screen. Droid 3. Works great though, when its not kiling my phone. Lol

Upgraded my DX2 to GB and think this program killed it. Had to do 4 factory resets, get a new phone had it happen again, so after reinstalling all but this app, its now working. Had issues with this app an my Xoom, but nothing like this. Phone would reboot, then lock me out of everything.
