Ostrich app checks TOSS is installed automatically when installing themes to confirm.

[TOSS] After installation, select Live Wallpaper "in the TOSS wallpaper" to be chosen.

TOSS provides more diverse video + photos backgrounds.

After installation, it automatically on the home theme is set to seven.
