I am demanding a FULL REFUND!!! This app will not open. I followed your directions to the letter. I even uninstalled it & open it several times with no avail. So please, refund me my money asap. Thank you. I did give this a one star, but this company has excellent customer service they did give me a full refund so I am changing my review to a 5 star. Thank you again for your quick response!
