Keep Focus

Simple to use and very helpful app. But being able to set a timer that blocks apps for a custom amount of minutes per day would be a great addition. I need social apps for business purposes but often hang around too long. So allowing myself only a restricted time of social networking via a timer would help a lot. I wouldn't mind paying a few euros for a pro version that offers this option.

I've only just downloaded and gotten the app running. I think I'll enjoy this a lot. One problem though: The app doesn't block messenger heads on my phone. I've given it both permission to notifications and applications in the settings, and both launch and notification app are "on" in my current blocker. If I try to open messenger regularly though, it will block it. Is there a fix for this?

This app used to work but now it no longer does. I've granted the app full permission on my phone, but the app crashes whenever I try to select apps to block. I have deleted and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't work. Disappointing.

Frist of all, awesome app! Thank You so much for making it. One thing and it will be perfect - user interface. The icon of the app has black edges and the design could be a little better. I think You know what I mean. But all this is not that important, so great work!

I've been using this app on my old S4 and I loved it. But I recently upgraded to an S7 and the app doesn't work. I can create a profile and set time slots, but when I click to add apps, the program freezes and shuts down. What's up with that?

I would love for this app to have a timer (function to impose a time limit). The app works quite well, though sadly some time intervals consistently fail to register after input (for example from 18:15 to 18:45 in my case). Hope that bug gets fixed.

Cannot get this to work. It's not blocking anything. Very frustrating for such a simple design. Perhaps too simple?

What is missing for me (as with all the other Apps), is the option to have like 5min per hour to use a app/profile. Adding this would make this app 5 stars worth for shure.

How come facebook isn't among the list of apps that can be blocked? Its not listed when i tried to add it

Shame, looked perfect, but Icould still access everything...

needs to be a device administrator so it can't be uninstalled or killed.

I know the developer already answered multiple comments about this but setting a pin is not the best option. For example if I set my own pin I can bypass it easily and the purpose of the app is ruined. There should be an option to make the periods locked and they can't be turned off like other apps (Self Control for Study for Android or Cold Turkey in Windows). It's my opinion but looking through comments I'm no the only one with that opinion.

I really like the idea of this app, but it is way too easy to turn off the blocking. Turning it off should be disabled during the blocking times otherwise it completely defeats the whole point of the app. Edit: works great if someone else sets the PIN and doesn't tell what it is.

You can turn it off so easily while you are in the block time , would you please add (( keep focus )) to the block lists for better effectivity in the next version ...

Blocks apps as you need except for fundamental flaw that you can easily turn off the block, rendering the app useless. If you add the Keep Focus app itself to the blockable apps, would stop you being able to access it to turn the blocks off.

Didn't work at all. I could set up a schedule, but it didn't block the apps. They fixed the problem (or I got the settings correct - not sure which) and now it's working just like it should.

Android 6.0.1 on Galaxy Note 5. Crashes every time I try to add an app, so I haven't been able to try ot yet.Three stars because dev appears to be responsive, and I have faith that they'll do their best to fix it.

I do love this app. One issue that everyone has, is that if you want to go on your browser / other app while it's blocked, it's very easy to open KeepFocus and unblock that app, (because i know the PIN code! I set it!) which isn't so good for those with very little self-control. Other than that, I do recommend this
