AOKP / CM9 Carbon Blue ++

This theme is a cleaned up version of the carbon blue theme that should work on more devices. If you receive a compile error or anything unexpected please contact me because I think that all has been fixed in this build.
It has about 6 less text colors for the moment but stock ics text colors go with great anyways.
If you receive the "Missing assets" error message hit apply. This is a cm9 theme chooser theme for CM9 and AOKP.

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS (Do all or if things go wrong its not my fault)**
Apply the "System" theme
Reboot
Install the app
Apply "This Theme"
Reboot again
Enjoy
