SOMEONE SAID "TOO AD-HAPPY" NAILED IT, THIS IS NOTHING SPECIAL. ALL IT DOES IS HAVE SOME TWINKLY STARS THE PHOTOS DONT MOVE. KEEP LOOKING, THIS ONE IS A STINKER. Unrealistic looking dots moving around a still picture of a galaxy that I could have gotten from Google images. This app exactly.

Just a static wallpaper that doesn't move.. but has a few particles overlayed that slowly move.. Not a live wallpaper.. Just a half assed parallax effect..
