-If the wallpaper has trouble applying properly please try the following methods
Always Give the wallpaper around 10-20 Seconds to Load
Try Setting the wallpaper without allowing it to load in preview (Press 'Set Wallpaper' as soon at it appears)
Reload the wallpaper by setting another wallpaper and resetting My Little Cactus Wallpaper
Ensure you are on your newest firmware version from your phone manufacturer, or newest stable build of your ROM
Restart the Phone and try again

-To use this Live Wallpaper, access your wallpaper settings from your phone setting or hold your finger on an empty space on your home screen and locate wallpaper settings, Select "My Little Cactus" from the "Live Wallpapers" menu

*Homescreen panning feature may not be support on your device (Some Samsung and HTC devices with this issue) To get around this, please enable "Simulated Swipe" in the wallpaper settings. Alternatively you may also consider using a different launcher which supports Homescreen panning.
