It's a free HD live wallpaper with flying dogs:) They fly on baloons with hearts.

How to install it? It's very easy!
Take the instruction:
"Home screen" -> press "Menu" -> "Wallpapers" -> hit "LiveWallpapers"

Make sure to touch dogs and baloons, you'll see falling down dog :)
