About [Substratum] Sai's Fresh Theme

A simple and fresh Dark & Black Substratum theme that focuses on theming a slightly smaller set of apps (for now), of which a good percentage are niche and haven't been themed yet by others. Best of all, it's free!
The theme additionally functions as the add-on to the bare-bones Android O Black theme.

I'm going to give you 5 stars just because you themed tachiyomi, my favourite manga reader. Up until now I havent found a single theme for it.

The best black theme available used with Sai's Oreo keeps my Nexus 6P looking fresh. Only problem I have is crashing with current version of messages (2.7.30). Hope there will be a fix soon. Thanks.

None of the telegram overlays are working on the s8 plus.

Overall a very nice theme. One issue currently is that the compose area of Android messages enters text as white on white. It's impossible to see what you have typed unless you do a select all but that's kinda inconvenient. I'm sure it's an easy color value that needs to be updated in the resources file. Thanks for the great theme otherwise and I appreciate that it is open sourced as well
