About [Substratum] Sai's Oreo Theme
You will be required to install the Substratum Theme Engine and have root access OR the Andromeda add-on, if you want to apply this theme:

For rootless theming with Substratum, you will have to purchase the Andromeda add-on pack:

A bare-bones Black theme for Android Oreo that focuses on nothing more than theming the system. The theme is best used with STOCK or AOSP based ROMs. It will definitely work on any Android Oreo system, but it will not theme it as perfectly as on vanilla Oreo. For other apps, I recommend using my Fresh Theme (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=baka.sai.theme) which is also available for free!
If you see un-themed/partially themed notifications even after installing the theme, please manually reboot the device (recommended) OR clear all your notifications.

Everything is great, but when you hold notifications down for settings in 8.1, its black on black text. Edit in response: yes, I am running 8.1 and selected the 8.1 default version.

PROBLEM: Auto fill windows are fully black (CAN'T SEE WHAT YOU'RE FILLING), which is not great. If the text could somehow be made white in those windows that would be grand. However, the rest of the theme is beautiful.

Absolutely beautiful. It doesn't support a lot of custom apps, however in combination with Ion theme (black accent) most apps can be styled to match the whole.

You guys really nailed this theme! Well-made themes like this are always paid themes, but this one is completely free. Big thanks to you guys for releasing a free alternative of any black themes! But one last thing, I always wanted a black and red theme, but there aren't any red colour option. I don't really mind though. Keep up the good work!

Love it, but I have a problem with navigation buttons. I'm using smallest possible display setting, and the alternative navigation icons are super small, I think they shouldn't scale with the rest of display. Oreo 8.1

Smooth and easy to use but when plugging in my phone into my computer, the dialog box for USB debugging is completely black and I can't see any text. Also there seems to be two listings for this theme what is the difference between the two?

It themes the UI black as expected but the 3D touch on pixel launcher has white text which is not readable. I think the problem is due to partial dark theming of Pixel launcher. Please add theme for pixel launcher as well to fix the issue. EDIT: Hope the update releases soon!
