SMS Voice Assist

Voice Assist application speaks out the incoming SMS without any user action. This is specifically helpful for people who are busy like driving, cooking, etc.
Application also takes care of user privacy by allowing the user to disable the feature at anytime besides providing other setting options.
By default, application speaks out the name of SMS sender and the SMS content. This can be changed to speak only name and/or content in setting options.
