It's okay, as a watchface, but it shouldn't be in the play store as a stand-alone watchface. If it needs another application to be the environment to do all of it's own operations inside of... Well that sounds more like a theme & something to be offered as an in-app purchase. But, should you choose to market it like a stand-alone watchface, the first thing your description should say is the name of the necessary app. Just like it should say in the title of the skin.
