About Oware & Mancala

This game is also known as Ayò, Awalé, Wari, Ouri, Ouril, Uril, Warri, Adji, Awélé, Awari and some other names depending on where you live. This game follows the abapa ruleset. If you do not know Oware, please read the instructions before playing.
Kalah, also sometimes called Mancala, is an easier game played with three seeds or marbles in each house and where multiple moves by each side is possible. This is the most common version of the game rules in the USA.
For playing against the computer, the hard level for Oware is significantly harder than the hard level for Kalah.

Contrary to the advert, lousy visual with numbers telling you how many stones inea space instead of piecea. Morw important, when the computer moves u cant actually see what it did, the numbers just instantly change which os diaorientong and detracts from the impression of having an opponemt. Dofficulty is pretry polarized too, i blew the ai out on easy and med and got crushed on hard. There are several better mancala apps to choose from.

I've always loved this game and this app brings it right to my phone. No issues whatsoever!

Nice game -- gives a choice in game play. Also nice that no special permissions are required and that the file size is so small. But there are no rocks or beads to move, making it difficult to follow the game play as it takes place. Add some graphics and I'll download and give 5 stars. Until then, I'm uninstalling.
