I wouldnt recommend getting this game, but thats not to say it's a bad game. Keep in mind I only tested the "skirmish" gamemode. The tutorial explained everything it needed to which is very nice. The game was very customizable, from the size of the map to the number of AI opponents. The fun of single player did not last long but I'm sure other features in the game I didn't test would make it more enjoyable

This is one of those games that is simple in the greatest way! Look how responsive the developer is to reviews. I was struggling with level 80, but he helped me and also promised to fix a bug in the next release (which he did). Remember he is doing this for free, and ad-free! In fact, the only way I could pay him a dollar for his efforts was to buy the paid version of his Achicaps game (which you can also download for free, but give the guy a dollar). Now my only issue is how much time I spend playing this game.

Pretty decent turn based strategy game. Completely free and no ads. Like the simple graphics. Latest update has made it much more challenging and enjoyable compared to what it was like a year ago. Has an option to save at anytime so you can come back to your game at any time. Choice of campaign mode or custom skirmish with multiple AI and/or human players.

Just the best. Didn't try the 'multiplayer' yet, but so far this is definitely in my top 3 apps of all time. Great work. Would suggest adding 'watch add' option so we could support you and in return get some sort of currency we could spend for cosmetic options (please don't make it pay to win) All in all, just the best GAME in all aspects. Thanks again, you awesome developers!

Oh my goodness! Could it be...? A game on a mobile phone that's not only completely free, but feature packed and enjoyable on it's own merits? One that doesn't try to nickel and dime you through psychological warfare, is stable, and works well on a touch screen? You know, in the post apocalyptic wasteland of the Play Store, it's nice to know that things like this exist. It's nice to know that there may still be hope... It's no masterpiece, it could do with some better sound, for example, but it's easily my favourite new mobile game because it respected my intelligence. Not as a whale, dolphin or fish, but a human being. And that's kind of sad...

Hands down one of the best mobile games since 'snake' Good honest and simple. No ads, no pay to play, no data munching, just 95 levels that'll keep you entertained! The only downside is now I've completed it I don't know what to do with my time at work!

Finally, a good strategy game for the battery-conscious gamer! The dark backgrounds, simple textures, minimal UI are gonna get you more game time per battery discharge cycle. Simple like chess (few units, few rules), but plays like a Civ domination skirmish. Level editor, no paywalls or ads, small file size, this is one game you want on all your devices. I did notice in the level editor I couldnt select exactly where I wanted to place villages, they sort of just pop up.

Great game, I totally recommend it. The trick is to utilise your resource like houses and your first tier soldier. Have fun and there's no ads, if there was, you wouldn't notice it! There's campaign with different scenario or you go for freestyle changing the outcomes like players, difficulty and there's options where you can take turn with friends.

Is there any possible way that you can make this available for amazon? Meanwhile I still rate this 5 stars because I loved this game when I had my android tablet. Reply from October 31. Not very sure. But I would figure you would need an Amazon account AND/Or a amazon game circle account. If that's not completely clear then I would use trusty google.

Loved it til level 50 then soon after got completely stuck. I think there are some extra rules I don't know about that allow the enemy more power than me in the same situations. Edited: Quick & helpful developer response!

This is a very fun unique strategy game. It could use two improvements however. First off, some type of turn indicator, especially for multiplayer for multiplayer. There has been occasions where I have accidentally hit the next turn button twice because I thought I didn't press it the first time. The second one is mainly for efficiency purposes. This game can take a while to complete a round, a little hub at the top showing the current income, money, and number of people who haven't moved for each of your territories to refer to In the middle of your turn can make it easier to manage and navigate multiple territories and people

Awesome re-implementation and advancement of the classic Windows "Slay" game by Sean o'Connor. The new are features are well-designed and make it more interesting. Very challenging, especially the later campaign missions around lv 90. Also, its completely free without ads or ingame purchases and does not mess with permissions in the slightest. Keep up the great work! I'd give you 8 stars if I could...

Very simplistic. Simple rules and simple strategy. It's amusing through a few levels, though is too simple for me, but that's just my experience. Fine quality coding and developing. This approach works every time it is tried. It's a shame so few developers know what makes a game worth playing. Using the same design approach, I recommend a book entitled "Fantasy Wargaming". It should fuel some ideas for you. Much more complex but could also potentially lead to a blockbuster game.

One of the best games I have played on a smartphone. Not because it has awesome graphics and sick storyline. This game is super simple! Does not take any battery! Working perfectly! Seems to have an active dev behind that! No ads! Just amazing.. respect!!

Very fun, quaint strategy game. I enjoy watching the ais destroy each other, though there are balance issues where it is easy to win if you start in a corner as the ai cannot handle multiple fronts. Also, ai pathfinding needs major improvement, as it frequently gets its units stuck in places. The main complaint I have is that there are no surprises. There are no features that make it possible to win when you have fewer or less defensible lands. Once all lands are gobbled up its easy to predict who will win, regardless of strategy. Needs ai improvement and features that turn the tides.

Only problems with this game are these: too easy - just spam farms and gold troops gg. No music that i could find. Sounds are obnoxious and repetitive. I would recommend this game for a rainy day or lunch break. I still play it to kill some time.

If you play through the campaign, you'll likely think it's easy at first. Then you'll hit a wall, and you'll have to view strategies a whole new way. Rinse, wash, repeat. Minimilist strategy game ends up complex via its simplicity. Also, no ads, and no donations. Which is actually a shame, because I would love to throw money at this now that I've beaten the campaign.

Simple, fun, moderately additive. A neat strategy game and good time killer. The ai does get more challenging on higher difficulty levels, so after you get used to the gameplay jump to skirmish on max or skip ahead to the later levels

Y70%
by Y####:

Great game, reminds me of the of the older gaming consoles games. The levels get harder after 60-70 and I'm having trouble on 91 any advice (developer)?

Y70%
by Y####:

This game is not worth the effort. Its not even mildly amusing. This is a classic example of a strategy game without ANY strategy. In later stages the AI simply breaks the rules and over whelms you with troops it created from thin air. The Devs simply made the more "advanced" AI a cheater, rather than simply programming it to play better. Losing because the computer can cheat, feels really cheap. Save your time, don't install.

Love it. exactly what I need. The simple graphics and controls don't overtax my old Nexus tablet. Question.. when I tap on my town, 3 or more little icons pop up. Looks like shieds or slots? What is that?

This game is absolutely genius! Simple yet cleverly made, it can get you hooked up for days. The mechanisms can be a little tricky but once you get confident with them you re definitely going to have a great time. Totally mastered it and finished campaign but am still thirsty for more. Can't wait for a sequel of this. And NO ADS AT ALL

Perfect simple strategy game. My advice for anyone struggling is to keep your two settlements separate for a while as building huts will be cheaper, use the preexisting towers to inform your early strategy, build towers to block choke points, don't spawn expensive units before you have to as they burn cash that could be spent on huts, keep on even when it looks bad. If you are well defended you can amass cash and maybe build huts while the other teams are fighting it out. Bought your unspellable pro game to show some love, thanks man.

I really like the game, especially since it's both add free and free to play. The concept is simple which makes it quick to pick up but the lack of depth does leave it feeling like its missing somethibg at times. My only complaint is that there's no real challenge. Even the hardest difficulty is quite easily beaten after just a few games practice. I'd like a harder AI that perhaps cheats for an advantage (25% more gold or cheaper farms or something)

It's an awesome game :)) It has no ads and is absolutely free and is also very easy on battery. Only one problem is that when sometimes I load a game some of the progress gets lost. Pls fix that

Love the game will always be one of my favorite!!!.... But the newest update doesnt let me continue playing after the first move. Is it a game problem or can it be fixed?

I'm sure I played this 10-15 years ago on my iPaq PDA, but in them days it was called 'Slay' I think. Loved it then and think I'll love this version. What does the name 'Antiyoy' mean?

X70%
by X####:

Fun at first, but could not get past a certain level (34) even by following a walkthrough. Was able to beat multiple opponents all the way up thru expert (non-campaign). Too bad they made such as early level so difficult. Would have liked to play more.

G70%
by G####:

The concept is neat. The execution could use work, particularly in the campaign. Like many "strategy" games out there, you wind up coming against impossible scenarios in which, if there is a victory solution, there is only one, and it is too hard to dig it out. TLDR: Game is fun, campaign is terribly balanced.

Y70%
by Y####:

I love the simple yet powerful strategy, and the game is so good for killing just 10 minutes. Or an hour. But I've run into issues where my big towers are suddenly taken over by a swarm of small units, for no apparent reason. I certainly can't do that to my opponents. It knocks a star off the overall rating.

K70%
by K####:

Absolutely great. Only thing that would make it better would be a fog of war and an option to delete your units. I got all of mine stuck behind a few towers and had no way to move them.

I love this game. Many levels are challenging and completing all 95 was a source of joy for me. Level 90 man is rough lol. All the last 6 levels were fantastic. Its nice to get wrecked by the ai sometimes lol.

Good game. It feeds my strategy game addiction! However, there are some bugs. The zoom and pan does not seem to work smoothly on my phone (it judders and bounces). More detailed instructions are also needed. For example, it is not clear what many of the options in the settings are (what is "camera offset", etc?). More units would also be nice, with some differentiation between their attack and defence strengths. Anyway, I would be willing to pay for an upgraded version with the above. Comment on v. 1.19e: thank you for fixing zoom flaw. Level 87 seems too hard. Just one opponent with huge resource and terrain advantage. Need some hints on the strategy. Comment on v.1.20d: This game is fantastic! I am still playing it even after so many months. I have revised my ratings to give it 5 ????! ????

Whoever put the end turn button right next to the back button needs to be fired, also the "confirm end turn" only works when your town isn't selected, I can't tell you how many times I've lost a match because I accidentally ended the turn without moving my units. Other than that I can't complain.

I love this game. I hoped in to a game before I saw that there was a tutorial but it didn't matter because I got right away, just before I got steam rolled. it's one of those easy to understand hard to master games and I appreciate that. It's something that's really hard to do, and it's pulled off in this with simple 2d sprites and just 2 buttons and that's amazing

So based on the developer's comments on reddit, we should not expect an online version of Antiyoy any soon. This is an amazing game but eventually ends up boring if there is no online option. If only they could find a way to make it work online, idk maybe with some help, because this game is meant to be online. I can imagine how fun it would be to play with friends. And by the way as a kid from early 2000's, graphics are just awesome! I think this is my first ever review here, just saying to express my feelings on this game :)

Its the perfect turn based strategy for mobile. A nice undo button for when you tap the wrong part of the map. A simple design with lots of options and so far NO ADS. i wasnt even prompted to write this review!

X70%
by X####:

One small change would be really nice: make it so when the player touches an opponent's territory, their balance and income show on the screen as well (just like when touching one's own). Without that information, too much guesswork is involved for my liking - how many turns will it take to starve them? Who can tell? Also, the function of the highest-level tower and fighter doesn't seem to be explained very well in the tutorial or help. But regardless, this seems to be a very good, clean strategy game. No battery-draining complex graphics and ads. I've only played a little way through the campaign so far. The AI doesn't seem too smart, but the scenarios seem to compensate for that somewhat by giving the player various handicaps.

E70%

Great game, but the ai blatantly breaks the rules of the game... I got to one level that just decided their smallest troops could kill my best defenses. Otherwise fun to play

Y70%
by Y####:

Nice game. But I can't stop thinking about the two moments. 1. Trees are as bad as weeds in this game. 2. What is the mechanism of performing two lighter warriors into one stronger?
