Witch Saga Volume 1

Downloaded this game and happily discovered that it was more of a Lovecraftian storyline than a witch one. It's a very simple idea. It's like a cross between choose your own adventures, and an Arkham like RPG. You have different categories you need to keep/build up (life, mana, sanity and cool), and your decisions affect your levels. Make it to the end before you run out of life or sanity. Can't wait to finish the series! Suggestion though. Maybe a ghost investigator story? A+++

So far, this is awesome. However, the text really could use some images to break it up. My mind is having no trouble creating some of my own, but some abstract ones, at least, could help with the visual appeal of the app.

The labels of the factors of how the character will live should be more witted. For example, that part of the story that the girl grab and opened a book of information about her kind, why would she loss sanity? She was just force by curiosity. She did not even did something wrong at all and she barely know anything about it. Then where she is, is a library, and the thing she grabbed is a book. Well, if I had said something that is wrong for you, I genuinely apologize. That's all, thank you.

I first read the Detective's Choice and loved it! I was about to pay for the next volume, but then decided to read ALL of the first volumes from the same creater. THEN decide which story I like best and continue! So far, I've been hooked on them BOTH! Very happy I've taken up reading again... Used to love it, but never seemed to have time. But these are easier, more interactive and just plain fun to get caught up in! Thank you again!

Easily my favourite of Delight Games' library. I study Games Programming and these games have inspired me to create similar things, giving me hope for the genre of interactive reading games on mobile. I want to buy the full version of Witch Saga without paying £15.99 for the full library however. Wish there was an app for that!

I used to read adventure story books like this when I was a kid. It is cool to find them once again, only reason it's not 5 stars is because there was no explanation of what stats meant or what they are for. But still solid story

You really feel like you're in the story. Or, more accurately, in a game. Fear, confusion, excitement, releif...... it's just so much fun

I havent put this story down since i first started reading. I like the dact that you can make choices throughout the story and get different outcomes. Looking forward to finding out what happens:)

It's so fun n gets your heart racing. Having to chose between what to do really connects you to the story, more than regular reading. I love it.

Witch Saga Vol.1 Is a very good game app for story participation. Fundamentally great idea for thinking and coming to conclusion skills for reading. Very Nicely done and the story pulls you in.

Same with another game of yours. Lets me play for so long then keeps kicking me off the game.

Choices have little to almost no effect of the story line, I feel like your just giving me buttons to press while you tell your story...

Like the old stories of Zorro, told from the old, wrinkled lips of an old Calífornío....I beg for more stories, yet untold....Magnifico!!

Tension and thrill builds up as you keep on moving. Great game with excellent story line but the problem is that you have to read too much before taking a decision. If it would have a little short. It would be better.

This game was great and kept me intrigued for the whole thing. It would have been better if the words were broken with pictures though. Only complaint.

I'd be lyin if i said i didnt like it but it would be alot more fun if u get to choose how ur chatacter would be nd to see the peaple youre talkin to nd also move around too then id say d game is the best among other silly games ive played

Grabbed this to demo the series and thoroughly enjoyed it. So much so that I'll be purchasing the entire library to support the company instead of just reading through free versions (it should also eliminate the ads, always a bonus). If you enjoy Choose Your Own Adventure stories and/or the Cthulhu mythos, give this tale a shot.

What a pleasant change from continous screen tapping. The story line is interesting & I like being able to create my own destiny, so to speak. I'll be playing more of these just as soon as the download is complete.

I think there should be a few more decisions that we can make...but I love how it makes u think...u sorta have to put yourself in the persons place to really get a grasp on the story, and to make decisions that suit you.

This is exactly like the choose your own adventures I did as a kid. Definitely going to tell my 14 yr. old niece about these, she'll love it.

I love the idea of an interactive book where I can choose the next steps taken. I love it and I'm a Wiccan myself so it's very interesting and I love the story so far! Great job! I'm going back to keep reading now :-)

Reading with my kids has become a bedtime ritual. We love the suspense in Choice!

It would have been better if the narration would be in as a first person rather than a second. Anyways, can't wait for Volume 3. Eek^-^

First time I've played this sort of game, I would have liked it to be a bit longer, but overall a good time waster.

Cool game very entertaining but maybe to improve it they could show you what your doing instead of just reading it

I really enjoy reading these interactive ebooks. You can actually help develop the way the story progress.

Very fun and interesting it's just like a good novel, but interactive, I recommend for ppl who like action and suspension
