About Radix
Radix is in its essence a math game, with a few twists. The player(hopefully You) is shown a simple equation with one unknown. The goal of the game is to solve for the unknown. What makes Radix unique is that the equation is very rarely in decimal system, where the radix or base is ten, as it uses 10 different digits.
WARNING: This game is not easy - it requires a bit of thinking.
The player (still really hoping that it shall be You) starts at binary system(0' and 1's) and then moves upwards from there. That's enough of gameplay details, they are a more interesting and fun if discovered by the player(still not You?!) So let's move on to the synesthesia part.
Initially the idea was to make a game about a very common and quite well-known form of synesthesia - grapheme → color synesthesia. So in Radix each value(2-32), has its own unique color. Although the colors are preset, they can easily be changed in "Options".
