4 smiles per quiz is pathetic. You've done a great job in ruining the app. It used to be great now its utter shambolic

The updates are making the app a lot worse. I am now getting 1 smile per card. What the heck is that all about?? No point playing any longer. Ruined a good game. Absolutely shocking

Don't download. You won't get your payouts. Been waiting over 2 weeks and all emails ignored, Facebook posts ignored, twitter messages ignored. Download if you want to waste your time saving up Smiles you can't use

Great so far, but I keep getting some kind of certificate exception when I try to register an account. Once this problem gets resolved I'll change my review.

Now downgraded prizes not so attractive to use anymore ok if you want a couple of doller for buying sweeties still buggy at times missing pictures ect.

I have received a lot of smiles but still can't get anything with them. I have also downloaded several apps that it asked me to download, use and keep and received nothing. They just want your add revenue money

I download it to 99% then it restarts and says its gonna take another 45 mins to download, its definitely not my internet connection. Would of been 5 stars if I didn't have to wait like 2 hours for it to download

When I first started it was great but the app still thinks it's Xmas and the rewards are poor for the amount of time it takes to earn them and it's only dollers why? Please respond and explain

Customer support doesn't reply back. I have contacted them regarding my $20 as this was due 1 month ago. They haven't replied back nor sent me my $20

After the last update you can't complete any of the challenge. It is still loading

Why is it American dollers I live in the UK no help at all feel let down I have been playing for a year Shame on you you just lost an avid player

Awful the new update keeps cutting the app off. Its shocking. Waste of time. Had to delete app with loss of thousands of points because nobody helped. Useless.

I remember having this app before rewards and prizes have gone down immensely

The bad thing is that there arent even good rewards anymore (ps i put 5 star to get tv smiles)

Literally an ad every time I click something. Makes it impossible to enjoy the app. It used to be great. Horrible now

UPDATE 7TH JULY 2017 STILL NO REPLY TO EMAILS OR TWEETS AND STILL NOT PAID FOR GAMES DOWNLOADED ABSOLUTE JOKE DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP I originally gave the app 4 stars then lowered it to 2 due to smiles being lowered from 24 to 3 im now lowering it to 1 star. No reply to emails tweets and not getting paid for games downloaded

The app is ok , i wouldent recomend it to anybody anymore due to the time it takes to earn the lowest prize (10 dollars) the app has a good reson but it just takes to long . To improve customer satisfaction there should be a lower prize such as a dollar, if that isnt possible try 2 dollars and if you cant do that try 5 dollars . Thanks

Great app I love it would recommend to a friend. Only down side is I've not been receiving my smiles for certain cards like the sign up ones to hayu and the survey app?

It takes soo many points to get the rewards and you don't get a lot for each thing you do. Would take all year just to get $10.

Earned enough to withdraw and u don't send the email now I lost all my smiley's

For each round there is like 4 points and for 10 paypal dollars you have to earn like 20k points which is crazy ...dont download worst app iv ever used

Just play the quiz and when u get the answer wrong it doesnt matter

Previously had this app but then got a new phone having since re-downloaded it earned 780 smiles before remembering to login to my account and I've not lost all of those, not impressed.

THEY DELETED ALL MY 5000 SMILES I WATCHED OVER 3000 ADS AND SPEND SO MUCH TIME FOR THIS NOW THEY STOLE MY 5000 SMILES

Too many ads. I only took 10-15s to fill the quiz but need more than 20s to watch ads. It's different with my first experience, less ads and more cards with 24 points.

I was wondering why the German version of the app has more prizes and draws, I remember seeing this app on TV long ago and you could save up to earn loads of things

The quizzes are fun, but not as rewarding as previously. Great for spare time, though.

I used to like it but since it in us dollars it takes a long time to claim . U need to lower the point threshold so we can claim lot quicker

Previously I left a great review on this app with a 5 star rating! But now it's not very good. The only vouchers u can get is PayPal now and it's in $ not very helpful for a Brit such as myself. I know this may be because they can't afford the Amazon vouchers anymore but if that's what you wanted go find another app.

The prizes now are just vouchers and all in dollars, assume if ever anyone won then it would be converted? But I always went for stuff like consoles and phones etc. :/ so rubbish.

I dont get smiles for entering competitions. Doesnt always recognise adverts. Dont get smiles for app of the day. Cashed out for the first time- surprise surprise, I never got my paypal cash. What a rip off. Don't waste your time with this app.

This used to be so good and loves us it. No longer. Waste of time. Also, payouts are now in US dollars, so will loose out anyway when youbcadh out due to exchange rates.

The only thing I can get in the smiles store is dollars for PayPal but I don't live in the USA. What happened to the other rewards? Plz tell me

It was really good but it's been getting worse and worse. You changed the rewards, and now you have lowered the points per quiz card to just 12?! I have used this app for over a year now, so I know it is a legitimate app, but I wish it was like it used to be

It's fun. You can't actuslly lose a question, they just give you as many chances as you need get it right. Whether it actually pays or not; we'll see.
