The Big Sudoku

Am in the process of doing my 1st Samurai sudoku for about 5 years and this is every bit as brain taxing as i remember. I've played a few sudoku games online, graphically, this is one of the better ones. Only 'holes I can pick' really is to say the hints section could be a little clearer as to what it's hinting at and the menu buttons would be better with text 'names' but that is just minor little things. Not much more I can say, you either like sudoku or you don't, but I've played a few sudoku Games online and this looks like one of the better ones. Well worth installing .......

My absolute favourite of all the sudoku apps I've tried. Love the fact that it has the samurai sudoku "5 combined" version. And so happy that you've added the option to buy more puzzles! I was getting fed up trying to find another app that was as good as this.

Enjoy the puzzles. Not sure why location is necessary for the permissions. Lots of permission. Slightly disappointed that clicking the big sudoku doesn't have a monster puzzle, but enjoy the ones that came with app. Unfortunately, not worth buying packs because of the battery drain.

Not really ideal for phones or small tablet as you would need to enlarge them and move around a lot. Free to play, only has annoying ads on bottom. Overall ok for most sudoku fans

Love the challenge, I'll be working on the 16x16 puzzles for days, but it absolutely KILLS the battery! Drains the battery faster than any other game I've ever played, including graphic-intensive games.

I like the app and variation in sodoku is welcome, but this is a little difficult on a small screen. You can zoom, but then you lose the 'big picture'

I love the samurai sudoku and after I turned off the pencil marks it's great. It took a while to figure out the controls but it makes sense once you get it. Looking forward to trying the other variations.

My favourite is the Samurai game. I've purchased all the add on packs and it's great fun. There are a few small glitches but overall no complaints. You will need to enlarge the grid on the bigger games so I would suggest it is more suitable for a tablet than a phone.

The good: it has 16x16 sudoku, which is hard to find, as well as samurai sudoku. The bad: game uses WAY too much CPU, which drains the battery pretty quickly. Gameplay is clunky: removing a number requires multiple clicks (switch mode from notes to commands, and then click delete); entering a number makes the notes get lost, which means if you made a mistake entering a number, you don't know what notes were there before); there is no way to choose how many times you can check for errors (3 tries), etc.

I really dislike that this app fills in a number when you have two pencilled in numbers and then remove one of them. My way of doing a Sudoku puzzle is to look at numbers, not squares. Needs an undo button which puts pencilled numbers back.

Needs a lot of work! Keeps crashing, can't toggle numbers and the color schemes are fine as long as you're not colorblind.

I am very happy so far I've only done the 16by16 s but it challenges me and I like love challenging my mind. I don't use the pencil I go in and make my own that way I know its me solving it not the computer. Thank you for challenging me.

Step above from the normal game. This will keep your time slipping away before you know it. Solution are not easy on any puzzles. Crazy and amazing.

I really like the extended Sudoku puzzles. The only drawback is the interface for setting numbers and marks and undoing/replacing.

the interface is horrible...and that eternal hints...for what? at least let us think a little...please, you have an amazing app...just fix it.

It would help if you could check your work more often. Other than that it's relaxing for me when I'm frustrated with something

Avoid this app unless you love adverts taking over you're device. Ad opened full screen and the only way to get out of it was to reset my Galaxy Tab.

What a cool system, seems to work pretty well, kinda wish it didn't auto pen when I removed all but one pencil, but all in all a solid sudoku game

I've used it for a few days, but I haven't completed one yet. They're a real challenge.

Controls are easy enough to understand and the puzzles are challenging enough to keep things interesting but so far not so challenging to frustrating

Found out that if you accidentally put a number in you can erase it to put notes in any more

Wow the 16 x 16 grid tops all puzzles. Really enjoy the challenge. No problem on the handphone.

Large puzzles not suited for tab . Enter new sudoku facility needed for 9/9 size also.

Needs to be more customized by the user instead of what the dev thinks is right

It's not easy to make the numbers in the grid bigger or smaller

Keeps freezing up. Either stalls or turns itself off.

Needs more puzzles, otherwise good game but a needs a little polish to make the UI function with greater ease

I love this sudoku game but the ads used a lot of data. I bought an expansion to get rid of the ads.

I've been waiting for a Sudoku app that offered more than just 9x9. Awesome, challenging, fun!

I love this sudoku game more than any others. I just wish it had many many more levels :)

First time I see an app with Samurai Sudoku, I like it a lot and I recomend it.
