No special permissions needed. It lets you flick it to spin it manually (simulating the real spinner), or you can tap one of the hands or feet, and it will spin for you. Much better than the cardboard spinner that comes with the game, and probably as random as a pair of four sided dice (LH, RH, LF, RF & GREEN, RED, YELLOW, BLUE). Surprise! A real random spinner like this makes twister actually fun.
