After the first full round, there is no way to start a new game. Press the back button only continues previous game, for one hand of cards, and the score doesn't restart. Google play description is in English, but only the numbers in the game, and 'High' or 'Low' are in English. A full page in game is devoted to links to other apps, none in English. A child wouldn't even have fun with this, at it's current state, per description.
