MECH WARS is split into a Single Player mode with a huge campaign and a competitive Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) mode. Both modes are connected and achievements of one mode will affect the other one. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic scenario and narrate an immersive story. The game includes a feature-rich crafting part which enables players to construct, modify and create mechs, creeps, weapons and equipment and use them in single and multiplayer.
GAMEPLAY OVERVIEW

The game progresses in two phases. In the first phase Mechs are built and prepared for combat. Afterwards every Mech is provided with a unit squad (creeps). Unit types will be built by the automated factories, which have to be conquered by the player. The right Mech and unit configuration is mandatory to dominate the battlefield.
In the second phase, which is the battle phase, every player uses his armed forces to battle the enemy.
Building Phase
The player has to find the right Mech configuration and save them for later usage in battles. Every Mech configuration has benefits and disadvantages. The sum of equipment will determine the Mechs character. An heavily armed Mech will be weak in early game, but evolve into a superior Mech destroyer later on. A lightly armed and fast Mech, is strong at the beginning and can crush creeps easily while losing effectiveness in end game. An example set of equipment and configurations will be presented in the next section.
The Mech is supported by units (creeps). The unit types can be chosen by the player and saved together with a Mech configuration. The weakness of a certain Mech type can be compensated by the right unit squad configuration.
Battlefield Phase
The map consists of different lanes connecting the player's base on one side and the enemies base on the other. Each lane has byroads that lead to automated factories. The player has to conquer these factories to build more complex units. Every factory is guarded by a neutral defensive structure. Factories can be reconquered or completely destroyed during the whole gameplay.
Fast expansion and conquering factories is mandatory for being in advantage. However a player with less factories still has the possibility to compensate his disadvantage by working closer with his teammates.
The player will control his Mech and engage the enemies in a classical Hack'n Slay manner.
STORY
======
Nobody remembers the earth before the nuclear holocaust. For generations mankind has fought for the last resources on the planet.
Not only dust and destruction was left behind in the nuclear war. Automated factories all over the world still produce automated units waiting to be commanded. The weapons of the old world are now used to contest in a new conflict.
The modern war leaves behind more dust and scrap. To succeed in battle a much mightier and more powerful weapon is being created: the MECHs. An ultimate weapon, that will dominate its enemies, will end a never ending conflict.
The high technology weaponry initiated a fierce global competition. In huge workshops Mechs are being designed, built and optimized. Resources are limited, old technology needs to be recycled in a process in which trash evolves into a powerful weapon.

It's abit slow, on the first lvl / map the game will lock up when it tells me to distroy the enemy base / still runs but you can't do anything, the animation still moves but no moving around the map or anything. Scrolling on the map needs to move abit faster also. Other then that, it's cool, you got something here! Will give 5 when the miner glitches are resolved. Yes I know it's still in beta lol. Just an fyi

Awesome game but, when you die the replay or exit screen comes up. If you press replay it's Ok but when press exit it sent you to your website and then when you try to get back in the game all you get is a black screen.Then the game has to be forcestop to play again. Plz fix...

But slow on map. Giant robot but can't step on soldiers? To slow to kill an enemy although equips a lot of weapons/big guns.

Great start to a game but, I looked through the comments and noticed the dev stopped posting replys in june and has done zero updates since release.... i hope work is progressing but, fear the game has been abandoned.... :-(

Shall back it for sure.. just see to it that the campaign is good and long .. the other aspects I.e controls , tutorials and such can all be patched.. but a game is as good as it's mechanics and story . This seems good . But time will tell ...good job ..

The beta is very promising, reminds me of the Diablo series, but with mecha. Haven't seen anything like it on android yet, so I'm hoping the development team can get this thing finished!

Its a pre alpha not a demo to different things demo means this is what to expect and show 1 or 2 missions and the full version is out. pre alpha means early access so it would be unstable so start updating month by month not ok lets start working on it and then it takes 2 years just do it step by step

For a pre alpha its not bad. Im hoping to see some really clean graphics. Ok some critical areas that need improvement. Movement Still choppy. Back ground is a bit blan. Base should be an auto defense with upgradeable cannons and maybe back up mechs come on line to defend. Weapons..need more. Alot more. Same it cbu chips. If you would like i would love to help

There are some things that could be done better. The "tutorial" could give better insight on how to play. I saw that you could spend skill points, but never figured out how. The controls are a bit counterintuitive. I went to attack someone and it wanted to move. Could have an auto lock to kill the next available target. Just some points I wanted to say

The game is very good. But when I try to Upgrade the 2nd mech, or buy new mechs it says "not available in demo". Please fix this glitch! The game is awesome though.
