Sticks Pro

A two-player game with sticks in which there are three rows of sticks. There are 5 sticks in first row, 6 sticks in second row and 7 sticks in third row. In one chance, one can delete any positive number of sticks from a single row. The person who took the last chance and removed some stick(s) would be the winner.
