Spades is a descendant of the Whist family of card games, which also includes Bridge, Hearts, and Oh, Hell. Its major difference as compared to other Whist variants is that, instead of trump being decided by the highest bidder or at random, the Spade suit is always trump, hence the name.
Your objective is to gain points by successfully bidding on the number of tricks you will win in a round. Be the first team to reach the set point amount and you'll win the Spades trick taking card game.

The only thing is it continues to stall out every time you trying to play the game it stalls or it crashes and you have to start all over again but I really do like the game because it does let you win every once in awhile. Unfortunately I'm going to have to uninstall it but I really like this game. If you fix the glitches I'll reinstall it again but right now I have to uninstall it and find another spades game.

Maybe I am wrong I thought we were playing partners if we are Gus needs to practice when partner bids nil as long as he makes his bid that's OK
