I have the sound and vibration notifications switched OFF in the app, but it still gives a vibration notification every single time,even when phone is on Do Not Disturb mode. Support is absolutely useless in helping solving this issue, as they simply blame my phone, despite the fact that I've told them that the exact same problem has occurred in three different phones. Really bad help.
